Job Summary
Part 810 Implementation and Compliance Analyst to support review/processing of export authorization applications for unclassified nuclear technology under 10 CFR Part 810; perform compliance monitoring/reporting of generally authorized activities; coordinate interagency reviews with State, NRC, and Commerce; conduct technical/policy analyses of export requests to assess nonproliferation risks; develop guidance materials and participate in outreach to educate U.S. industry and DOE national laboratories on Part 810 regulatory compliance.
