Job Summary

Program Analyst provides program management, analytical, and technical support for BUMED Facility Management initiatives. Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, and development of analytical products (queries, dashboards, executive briefings) across multiple facility management and financial systems (e.g., DMLSS-FM, LogiCole, MAXIMO, GFEBS, eProjects, iNFADS, ARMS, DAIS, PAX, FRES). The role supports coordination with BUMED leadership, DHA, and Navy stakeholders, develops and maintains system deliverables, and contributes to real property management and lifecycle planning, training, and SOPs, with periodic travel to project sites.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of three (3) years of DoD experience
  • At least one (1) year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities of this position
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in medical facility management, facility operations, real property management, asset management, or a closely related field
  • Experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport in order to undergo commercial airfare travel
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license
