Job Summary
The Program Analysis Specialist will monitor and interpret program trends by analyzing program data related to referrals, enrollments, placements, recertifications, and program exits. Key responsibilities include tracking caseload ratios for Veteran Engagement Case Managers, generating tracking systems for program recertifications, conducting audits, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate should have strong data analysis and management skills, be proficient in Excel, and possess excellent communication abilities. Additional competencies include time management, creativity, and the ability to assist others effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative and Data analysis experience
- A valid California Class C Drivers License
- Capable of passing the MVR on an annual basis
