Program Aide Substitute

Assist students with autism and complex needs in instructional activities, supporting communication via visual and AAC systems while facilitating independence and implementing behavior strategies. Supervise students throughout the day, including bus loading and unloading, and address feeding, health, mobility, and personal hygiene needs. Prepare classroom materials and reinforce skills introduced by teachers through individual or small group work. This role supports a collaborative educational environment at Monarch Academy for students with disabilities.
