Job Summary
Conduct administrative and program support for the ACCESS Transition Program, including scheduling, transportation coordination, and data collection in classroom and community settings. Serve as a job coach or classroom paraeducator to reinforce job skills, independence, and workplace behaviors for students with disabilities. Maintain ongoing communication with staff, transportation providers, and community partners while ensuring confidentiality of all student information. Manage changing schedules and priorities through strong organizational skills, performing duties as assigned by the Special Education Teacher or program supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- at least 60 college credits
- High school diploma
- successful completion of the ParaPathways (formerly ParaPro) Assessment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with students with disabilities or in a school setting
- Experience with community-based or vocational programs
- Bilingual English/Spanish
