Job Summary
Provides support in a domestic crisis shelter by answering crisis lines, screening admissions, managing food and supplies, and assisting participants with transportation. Requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, Food Handlers Certificate, and TB clearance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Physical ability to perform required tasks
- Valid driver license and motor vehicle report
- Ability to obtain and maintain Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- TB screening
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in related field
- Additional years of directly-related experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, verbal and written
