Job Summary
Lead program design, delivery, and execution while coordinating protocols to ensure team scope and responsibilities remain clear. Oversee project deliverables, milestones, and strategic planning to maintain scalability and resolve implementation issues. Provide guidance to Community Health Worker teams, assist with recruitment and training, and liaise with community partners to define resource access. Maintain high client satisfaction by identifying growth opportunities and presenting program models to leadership. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data reports, represent the team at events, and meet regularly with supervisors to review metrics. Manage budgets and cross-functional teams while traveling to different locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with five plus (5+) years in leadership role managing people, programs, and budgets
- Must have experience leading a team and or managing a health-related program/initiative
- Track record of successfully recruiting, managing, and developing high performing team members
- Above average presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines, detail oriented and exercise good judgement
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure all the needs of the organization are met
- Must be comfortable dealing with individuals from different cultural backgrounds
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirement of the organization
- Travel is included must be okay with traveling to different locations
