Job Summary

Program Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and financial support to both the Darwin Cluster and the Dean of Students Office, handling reimbursements, travel arrangements, purchasing requests (including Oracle purchasing), bill and invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and awards lifecycle management. The role supports NDVS admissions tracking, budget analysis, and back-up coverage for student dissertation defenses, reports to the Darwin Cluster Director and the Dean of Students, and requires strong Microsoft Office and database management skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications Education: A college or university degree in related field
  • Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline
  • Experience with Oracle purchasing and/or expense reconciliation is strongly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
