Job Summary
Program Administrator for Safety and Emergency Management overseeing a comprehensive schedule management, business continuity, and emergency response coordination across Keck Medicine of USC. Responsibilities include developing and executing a schedule management system, monitoring budgets and policies, training and outreach, liaising with regulatory bodies (TJC, CMS, OSHA, EPA, CDPH, LAC-EMS), producing reports for executive leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of care and safety. The role requires advanced project management, strong communication, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders including staff, clinicians, and external agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Req Associate's degree
- Req Bachelor's degree Degree in business, management discipline, or equivalent experience
- Req 2 years Experience directly related to Business Continuity/Recovery program
- Req Demonstrated professional experience building and interpreting Business Impact Analysis
- Req Demonstrated experience in the routing and handling of mass emergency communications
- Req Experience in managing, collecting information and preparing complex reporting for financial recovery data
- Req Knowledge of recovery time objectives, facility recovery, information technology recovery, and human resources recovery
- Req Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
- Req Specialty Certification ABCP, AHPCP or CBCP Certification
