Job Summary
Program Administrator position focused on coordinating contracts and order management for space programs. Responsibilities include reviewing and managing purchase orders, initiating sales orders, coordinating shipping, ensuring consistency between proposals, SOWs, and contracts (including export-control and mission-unique constraints), maintaining up-to-date contract files and change logs, staying current with government procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR awareness), serving as Moog’s primary customer liaison for assigned space programs, developing basic program plans, coordinating with systems engineering, manufacturing, testing, logistics, and subcontractors, preparing regular status reports highlighting program health and schedule impacts, and assisting in preparation and negotiations of proposals with cost drivers and schedule impacts. Candidates should possess a BA/BS and 1+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Relocation assistance is provided; compensation ranges from $50,000 to $90,000 annually with benefits and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- BA degree or BS degree (Business Administration or a technical discipline is preferred)
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in program, project, contract, or production control related responsibilities
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience with government procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS) and space/defense logistics a plus
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as primary liaison between contracts and program management
