Job Summary
Lead and manage Behavioral Day Services programs as Program Administrator. Oversee multiple programs, supervise Program Managers and staff, ensure regulatory compliance and service quality, drive quality improvement and ISPs/BSPs collaboration, and partner with clinical, nursing, and operational teams to deliver person-centered supports and community integration. Responsibilities include recruitment and staff development, performance management, ensuring safety and regulatory adherence (DDD, Medicaid, DHS), monitoring outcomes and incidents, fostering partnerships, and expanding innovative program development. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience with 3+ years in supervisory roles; NJ driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
