Job Summary
Program Administrator for Camp Yale Programs and Student Engagement manages operational, administrative, and financial functions for Student Engagement and Student Affairs initiatives. Oversees budgeting and financial administration for Camp Yale Programs, coordinates with Dining Services, Housing, and other campus partners, supervises student workers and graduate assistants, develops procedural guides, creates project plans with timelines and budgets, and supports unit-wide initiatives and trainings. Requires collaboration with leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of programs, events, and student support initiatives, along with onboarding/offboarding processes and maintaining compliance with university policies. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and four years of related experience; on-site role with a fixed duration of one year from start of hire.
