Job Summary
Program Administrator for Camp Yale Programs and Student Engagement leads operational, administrative, and financial functions for Student Engagement initiatives. Reports to the Associate Dean of Students and supports Camp Yale Programs, student engagement operations, budgets, and coordinating with Dining Services, Housing, student employment, and First-Year Affairs Office. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, developing timelines, budgeting and financial oversight for Camp Yale Programs, onboarding/offboarding of staff, supervising student workers and graduate assistants, creating program reports and guides, developing procedures to centralize daily operations, and contributing to unit-wide initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience; on-site, fixed-duration role (1 year). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access) and strong communication, organizational, analytic, problem-solving skills, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
