Job Summary
Program Administrator to support Program Managers and cross-functional teams in manufacturing programs. Responsibilities include organizing program documentation (plans, POs, invoices, reports), reviewing customer production POs and RMAs, preparing AR statements and resolving discrepancies, coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables and milestones, assisting production scheduling, tracking order/finished goods status, supporting shipping and customs paperwork, acting as a customer contact point with updates and issue escalation, preparing status reports with program progress, risks, and KPIs, and driving data tracking to support decision-making. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent English communication, MS Office proficiency, and a basic understanding of electronics manufacturing and supply chain/procurement processes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years hands-on experience in an operations support, customer service or administrative role
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar is an asset
- Must be highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes (e.g., PCBA) is beneficial
