Job Summary
Program Action Officer to provide front-office coordination, task management, and program execution support to the Customer's Strategic Planning Office (SPO). Responsibilities include coordinating and tracking taskings and action items, preparing executive correspondence and briefing materials, consolidating information from multiple stakeholders, maintaining program documentation and records, supporting leadership meetings and engagements, tracking milestones and deliverables, handling data calls and documentation requests, and facilitating communication among internal and external stakeholders. Requires strong organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Communications, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience supporting federal government programs, executive offices, military staffs, program management offices, or operational support activities
- Experience preparing reports, briefings, presentations, correspondence, or communications products
- Experience tracking action items, taskings, schedules, or program activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
