Job Summary
Provide direct support to the NEA Director and Deputy Director, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and managing action tracking across the NSE; coordinate with federal employees and contractors across Labs, Plants, and Sites to align budgets and priorities; deliver analytical briefings and written products on deterrence and stockpile resilience; manage classified/unclassified documents per DP, NNSA, and DOE policies (SRD handling); develop and deliver OSINT analyses and policy materials for senior officials; support external meetings and special projects in a fast-paced, highly secure environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active DOE Q clearance or DOD TS/SCI equivalent
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to operate within sensitive national security environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Willingness to travel
