Job Summary
Program Coordinator for Prairie Community Services oversees the 24-hour operation of services for people with disabilities and mental health needs. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, coordinating person-centered programming and positive support services, maintaining records for regulatory compliance, developing and maintaining staff schedules, and ensuring meals, medications, and daily program documentation are handled per orders. The role requires BA/BS in human services or related field, leadership and training abilities, strong communication with clients, families, and external providers, and a DHS background clearance. Starting salary $58,240. On-site in Fergus Falls, MN.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in human services or related field
- Must be 18+
- DHS background clearance
- Valid driver’s license
- English literacy
- Experience supervising staff
- Ability to read/write/understand English in a professional setting
- Excellent communication with people served and families
