Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end stock and cash loss management by partnering with retail leadership to determine loss prevention strategy, identify root causes, and deliver sustainable solutions. Create and embed practical policies and processes that promote a strong loss prevention culture across all territories while monitoring fraud and theft risks to implement preventative measures. Build relationships with third-party teams and external authorities to coordinate incident responses and champion new technologies that enhance visibility and efficiency. Act as the key voice for stores to ensure teams are supported, protected, and empowered to operate safely, driving continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration.
