Job Summary
Profit Center Manager responsible for driving sales, gross profit, market share, and profit sharing by recruiting, developing, coaching, evaluating, and managing the Profit Center team; set performance expectations, establish account targets, and lead regular evaluations; analyze financial reports to increase sales, margin, and productivity; ensure customer service standards and safety/compliance; build community relationships and protect Profit Center assets; oversee training and ongoing duties; requires leadership experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years sales and service experience
- 1+ year leadership experience
- Be able to drive for company business
- Possess a proper and valid driver’s license
- Have a driving record that meets the criteria for being an Authorized Driver in accordance with Company policy
- Possess excellent people skills, sound business judgment, and the capacity for continued growth and contributions to the Company
- Use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) to communicate via email, to maintain appointments and customer and vendor contact files, and to analyze performance data
- Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
- Create and nurture a positive team environment, inspiring all employees to do their best work to achieve the highest levels of customer and employee satisfaction
