Job Summary
Develop and teach design-focused courses across all undergraduate levels, mentoring student project teams and integrating hands-on, experiential learning into the classroom. Contribute to the project-based curriculum by fostering authentic, open-ended problem-solving through cross-disciplinary collaboration. Demonstrate a strong background in engineering design, including product development, prototyping, and fabrication, while committing to innovative, evidence-based teaching methods. Candidates must possess a PhD or equivalent degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant discipline, supported by evidence of effective teaching, industry experience, or design-focused scholarship. Required Qualifications
