Job Summary
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, device implants, and follow-up care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care while participating in clinical education and mentoring of medical students, residents, and fellows. Contribute to the development and implementation of new electrophysiology programs and protocols, alongside engaging in clinical and translational research including conference presentations and publications. Participate in call coverage as required for inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology services. Join the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the University of Miami to advance the field within a multidisciplinary academic environment.
Required Qualifications
- MD or equivalent degree with board eligibility or certification in Cardiology
- Fellowship training in Electrophysiology or equivalent experience
- Strong clinical skills
- Interest in advancing the field of electrophysiology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, academic environment
- Excellent communication skills with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
