Job Summary
Provide the full spectrum of obstetrical and gynecologic care within the UCI faculty practice, including GYN inpatient care and dedicated time supervising resident continuity clinics at UCI's Federally Qualified Health Centers. Supervise and teach trainees at all levels, participate in scholarly activities, and maintain a private patient practice while educating medical students, residents, and fellows. Candidates must hold an MD or equivalent, possess a California medical license and DEA certificate by the start date, and be eligible or certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology offers the full spectrum of Women's Reproductive Health Care, including low-risk obstetrics, ambulatory gynecology, and benign gynecologic surgery, within the only academic medical school in Orange County, California.
Required Qualifications
- MD or equivalent
- California medical license
- Drug Enforcement Agency certificate
- Eligibility for or certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
