Professor - Clinical

The Ohio State University College of Dentistry seeks a full-time clinical-track Associate or Full Professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. Responsibilities include didactic and clinical teaching of predoctoral and postdoctoral students, participation in the college’s dental faculty practice (including the oral biopsy service and clinical consultations), mentoring in scholarly activity, and participation in college/university governance. The role involves continued scholarly activity, directorship of courses, course material preparation and assessment, interdisciplinary mentoring, and engagement in college, university, and professional committees, with opportunities for leadership at the university or national level and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. Practice in the college’s affiliated intramural Dental Faculty Practice is expected. Education and experience requirements include a DDS/DMD or equivalent, eligibility for a regular or limited teaching license in Ohio, successful completion of residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, and ABOP certification; a post-graduate degree (MS or PhD) is desirable.
