Job Summary
Lead development and new product introduction projects for Teledyne MEMS, establishing clear plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate internal teams, ensure fluid communication among stakeholders, and serve as the primary client contact for project tracking. Facilitate follow-up meetings, document decisions, and monitor risks while managing costs, prototypes, and key performance indicators. Support teams to ensure product quality and project success within a collaborative, high-reliability environment focused on microfabrication and semiconductor production.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Sense of organization, rigor, and ability to clarify complex issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a multidisciplinary environment
- Ability to mobilize and collaborate with technical, operational, and financial teams
- Minimum of two years of experience in technical project management or product development
- Degree in engineering, applied science, or related technical field
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience in MEMS, semiconductors, or PMP certification
