Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to commence, or current enrolment in, a Professional Year under the Financial Adviser Standards framework
- An approved qualification that satisfies, or is progressing toward satisfying, financial adviser education requirements
- A genuine passion for building a career as an insurance specialist Financial Adviser
- Strong customer service, relationship-building and communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with customers and stakeholders
- A proactive approach to learning, with the ability to take on feedback and apply new knowledge quickly
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
- A positive team mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
