Job Summary
Develop and instruct curriculum for Air Force Cyber Warfare Formal Training Courses, covering PACSTAR IQ-Core software, radio over IP systems, and tactical communication planning. Design training modules on network protocols, RF/satellite communications, and server architecture for TDC PMO equipment. Integrate, modify, and update lesson plans while analyzing training needs and conducting complex network troubleshooting to resolve programming errors and equipment malfunctions. Provide subject matter expertise in defensive and offensive skills related to Air Force Cyber activities, including mission planning and battle space effects.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree
- 5-8 years' experience in the field of expeditionary/tactical comms
- IAT/M Level III Certification
- 200+ Instructor podium hours or CCAF ISD Certification
- Top Secret Clearance/SCI
- Must be able to obtain Top Secret Clearance/SCI
- Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to routinely climb / descend stairs
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows / knees, and reach above / below shoulders

- Experience in defensive and offensive skills related to Air Force Cyber (AFCYBER) activities
- In-depth knowledge of Systems Training Plans (STP)
- In-depth knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- In-depth knowledge of Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA)
- In-depth knowledge of Master Training Task Lists (MTTLs)
- In-depth knowledge of Task Analysis Worksheets (TAWs)
- In-depth knowledge of Training Task Lists (TTLs)
- Experience with advanced/specialized training in support of Air Combat Command (ACC), AFCYBER, US Cyber Command (USCC) and the US Government
