Job Summary
Professional, Sweden-based HR Business Partner role located in the Nordic hub (Copenhagen) serving the Sweden market. Supports day-to-day business and operational activities, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, prepares analyses and reports for decision-making, ensures governance and compliance, and facilitates collaboration between Sweden and Nordic/EMEA stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4–6 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills in Swedish and English (Danish a plus); travel up to 10–20% regionally; preferred MBA or Master’s degree and experience in Nordic/EMEA healthcare or regulated environments. Travel and transformation/operational improvement experience are assets. Includes potential for coordinated document handling, records management, and audits support; base salary is provided in SEK with a broad benefits program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience in business operations, coordination, or professional roles.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Languages: Swedish and English proficiency are required; Danish is a plus.
