Job Summary
Conduct ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Construction Stakeout, As built Surveys, Utility line Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Property and Boundary Surveys using Topcon-GPS and total stations. Perform record surveys and coordinate with local teams while working overtime hours and traveling locally as required. Maintain proficiency in Topcon or Trimble GPS systems and Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D software. Candidates must possess at least five years of land surveying experience and hold an SI license, with PS or PLS preferred. This role is located in Clarion, PA, and involves direct fieldwork and data management for ongoing survey projects.

- Experience performing Property, Topographic, Utility, Construction Stakeout and Record Surveys
- Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D programs
