Job Summary
Develop deed work maps, base maps, and conduct courthouse research to collect right of way property information. Utilize knowledge of ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Topographic Mapping, Boundary Surveys, construction layout, and GPS surveys to contribute to project success. Maintain excellent attention to detail throughout the survey process. Requires Ohio Professional Surveyor license, five years of field experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Survey or Engineering. MicroStation experience is essential. Willingness to travel as needed, typically without overnight stays, is required.
