Professional Support Lawyer - Corporate

Job Summary
Conduct corporate and M&A legal research, drafting agreements, and advising fee-earners on complex, emerging legal issues. Develop and maintain team precedents, know-how databases, and position papers aligned with market practice and regulatory developments. Coordinate internal CPD programs, deliver legal briefings on market trends, and generate articles, newsletters, and client bulletins for knowledge and business development purposes. Identify innovative approaches to knowledge sharing and manage client-facing training initiatives where required. Contribute to team goals and demonstrate commercial judgment through proactive project management and relationship building.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years recent relevant experience as corporate/M&A practitioner or Corporate PSL in large Irish or international corporate law firm
- demonstrably strong knowledge of relevant practice area
- Excellent legal drafting and writing skills
- experience in drafting legal agreements
- Excellent legal research and analysis skills
