Job Summary
Conduct skill-specific instruction for youth athletes ranging from beginner to advanced levels across team, camp, clinic, small group, and 1-on-1 settings. Foster meaningful relationships with players, parents, and coaches while delivering age and ability-appropriate programming. Assist in the preparation, setup, and breakdown of equipment for training programs and events. Perform duties in outdoor spaces, sports facilities, and remote locations, including frequent local travel for surrounding community programs. Requires in-depth knowledge of softball and verifiable collegiate or professional playing/coaching experience.
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Softball
- Verifiable Softball playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate and/or professional level
- Physical ability to set up, breakdown, and move equipment
- Willingness and ability to support all areas of instruction
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout facilities
- Frequent local travel for programs run in surrounding communities
Desired Qualifications
- Current or recent experience as an instructor
