Job Summary
Monitor project outcomes regarding cost, quality, and time while managing client relationships from operational to management levels. Lead a team of five to ten project managers, planning resources and reporting project status based on defined KPIs to the Director. Develop and optimize best-practice models by continuously improving processes and project manager skills. Maintain a solid background covering both business and technical aspects of the role, with experience in real estate management preferred. The position requires a university degree in economics, marketing, or communication, plus five years of project management experience and three years of leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Uni- oder FH-Studium (Bachelor / Master) der Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing oder Kommunikation, oder ein in der Praxis erworbener und gleichwertiger, hochqualifizierter Bildungs- und Wissensstand
- mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Erfahrungen im Bereich Project-Management oder Project-Lead
- mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung
- Teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- soliden Background der neben der Business- auch die technischen Aspekte abdeckt
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- pmi.org certified project management professional (PMP)
- ITIL-Zertifizierung
- Six Sigma Belt
- Project management / project controlling (Zoho)
