Job Summary
Professional Services Strategy & Operations Manager to scale the PS organization by leading strategic program execution, systems, and reporting. Partner with PS leadership to streamline back-office processes, implement automations and AI solutions, and build scalable systems that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer outcomes. Responsibilities include monetization initiatives, investment management, credits, customer outcome tracking, revenue forecasting, expense management, ROI analysis, and maintaining real-time PS metrics; collaborate with Finance, RevOps, and Salesforce/Certinia admins; ensure accurate, timely insights for leadership; drive data-driven improvements across PS workflows and reporting, with expertise in Google Sheets/Slides and SQL.
