Job Summary
Lead the sourcing and category oversight of professional services, including video game development, consulting, customer service, and finance services. Partner with internal collaborators to understand business needs, scope requirements, timelines, and budget considerations. Complete end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting, while managing strong supplier relationships and contract lifecycle compliance. Leverage spend data and market insights to drive competitive pricing and optimize value. Ensure alignment with Hasbro procurement policies, financial controls, and integrity standards. Travel approximately 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in procurement or category management, concentrating on professional services, ideally within video game development sourcing
- Demonstrated experience leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and complex collaborator engagement
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
- Travel approximately 10%
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a procurement position within video game development preferred
- Experience with procurement platforms, contract administration tools, and spend analysis preferred
