Professional Services Project Coordinator II

Job Summary
Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple Finxact product and platform initiatives. Maintain accurate project records, including scope details, documentation updates, and change tracking. Prepare and distribute project status reports to provide visibility into progress, risks, issues, and upcoming milestones. Track risks, issues, and mitigation actions to support timely decision-making. Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams to gather inputs, align on priorities, and communicate updates. Use approved artificial intelligence tools to accelerate workflows and enhance documentation consistency. This role is on-site Monday through Friday. You must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project operations, or delivery support across software, product, or platform initiatives
- 3+ years of experience maintaining project timelines, tracking milestones, managing risks and issues, and preparing status reporting for cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools for documentation, reporting, and dependency tracking, such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
- Experience using approved artificial intelligence tools to improve project documentation, reporting workflows, and process consistency in a business environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
- Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
- On-site Monday through Friday availability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting product delivery in a financial technology, banking, payments, or core platform environment
- Experience working with governance frameworks, software capitalization controls, or project reporting processes in a regulated environment
- Experience supporting Agile delivery teams across product and engineering organizations
- Experience with Finxact products, platforms, or delivery processes
