Job Summary
Analytical and experienced Solutions Operations Manager in RevOps supporting ProServ and SE teams. Drive scalable processes for planning, delivery, and measurement; build data-driven frameworks and dashboards for performance, forecasting, and outcomes (including activation and go-live metrics); monitor Launch efficiency and customer outcomes; analyze trends to shape strategy; partner with Sales, Analytics, Finance, and RevOps to align goals; own and continuously improve operational systems (e.g., RocketLane, Salesforce); provide clear recommendations and a structured perspective to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Operations (ideally supporting ProServe & SE in a high-growth SaaS/AI company)
- Salesforce skills (reporting, dashboards, data integrity, user administration)
- PSA platform experience (RocketLane or similar)
- Advanced data modeling & analytics (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Strong project management (multi-project delivery)
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Strategic business acumen
