Professional Services Manager

Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary Professional Services team across the Nordics from Stockholm; accountable for end-to-end delivery quality, governance, pipeline collaboration with Sales, SOWs, revenue targets, and stakeholder management. Oversee consultants, engineers, architects, and PMs; ensure on-time, in-scope, within-budget delivery; drive utilisation, margins, and customer satisfaction; partner with Sales on pipeline, proposals, and growth; manage governance, standards, and continuous improvement; engage with senior customer stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs) and foster cross-regional collaboration; deliver high-quality services aligned with global delivery strategy.
