Job Summary
Professional Services Lead CUAS responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, project management, and training services for CUAS products; oversees project execution, contract deliveries, and operational performance; manages support and maintenance renewals; provides technical expertise during the sales process; acts as a trusted advisor to customers; leads troubleshooting, delivers local training sessions and product demonstrations; requires experience in post-sales/ professional services leadership, project management, and technical support, with travel up to 50% within the United States; PMP certification or equivalent preferred; strong familiarity with RF systems, networking, telecommunications, and related protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a post-sales/professional services lead, with a background in project management and technical support for technology products and solutions
- Experience in technical customer support organizations and managing project delivery
- Positive, proactive attitude and ability to adapt to change
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the United States
- Flexibility to respond to customer calls outside of regular working hours
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
- Expertise in multidisciplinary systems (software and hardware)
- Familiarity with RF systems and networking & telecommunications
- Knowledge of protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, ICMP, TCP/UDP) is desired
