Professional Services Lead at Tradebyte responsible for designing, piloting, and launching the next generation of Tradebyte’s Managed Trading Services. Lead cross-functional squads to incubate new service lines, prove commercial value, and hand over to operations for scale. Define service blueprints, SLAs, SOPs, and value propositions; translate fashion and lifestyle domain knowledge into scalable service products; act as the primary internal Power User for the Product team; develop pricing and commercial models; ensure seamless handover to Customer Operations and Service; support the company’s Matchmaking Machine and stay ahead in Retail Media/Marketplace operations. Requires hands-on, doer mindset with a track record of building processes from scratch, and the ability to work in hybrid setups within Germany or the UK. Relocation assistance available; occasional office presence and work-from-abroad allowances apply.
