Job Summary
Post-Sale DevOps Engineer at JFrog to design, set up, and build CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms using JFrog products and other mature tools (Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, Cloud Native); collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Development to ensure customer success on their DevOps journey with the JFrog platform; design and implement CI pipelines with Docker, NPM, Java, PyPI, etc.; train open source communities and JFrog customers; influence feature roadmap based on customer needs; stay current with DevOps trends and CI/CD; build solid relationships with customers and communities; requires 7+ years of hands-on experience across CI tools, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Linux, and customer-facing roles; open source mindset and security-conscious approach are valued; active security clearance is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with Continuous Integration tools: CI Server, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, NPM
- Ability to build software delivery pipelines with Docker, npm, Java, Pypi, etc., with various DevOps tools such as Git, Binary repositories management, Binary scanning, and Continuous integration
- Good understanding of infrastructure & operations - storage, network, computer, security, cloud (public, on-prem)
- Experience with Continuous Deployment and Delivery tools: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience in Linux - Mandatory
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS / Azure / GCP - Mandatory
- Experience with customer-facing roles with great interpersonal and customer service-oriented skills
- Experience with server-side software on-premise and in the cloud
- Experience with Software Architecture design and product development is a plus
