Job Summary
Lead discovery sessions and solution architecture for Ripple Treasury deployments; design and document the To-Be state by configuring Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet client goals; act as a trusted advisor on treasury best practices; implement and configure the platform; deliver enablement and training; collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence the product roadmap; bring 3+ years of client-facing solution consulting or SaaS implementation experience, with ERP/SaaS exposure, and translate complex financial concepts into clear, business-ready guidance.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS
- Consultative mindset with ability to challenge the status quo and guide clients to better outcomes
- Technical aptitude with experience navigating complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
- Strong communication skills translating technical concepts into CFO-friendly language
- Treasury domain expertise in cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
- Financial fluency with experience in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance
