Job Summary
Provide professional services consulting for Nexthink's digital employee experience platform. Responsibilities include analyzing datasets to derive insights and automation opportunities, maintaining customer Nexthink deployments, advising on transformation initiatives (Win11, O365), delivering technical expertise in end-user computing, building customized content with cross-functional teams, integrating insights into customer processes, staying current on product releases, and traveling up to 10% to headquarters for training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting, analytics, and automation
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, driving actionable insights, and identifying automation opportunities
- Extensive technical knowledge of end-user computing and IT operations
- Proven experience with transformation projects (e.g., Windows 11, Office 365)
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
