Job Summary
Professional Services Consultant who will deliver advisory and technical services for Nexthink products to customers, translating business requirements into structured solution designs, leading use-case development, and guiding adoption across service management and operational workflows. You will conduct recurring customer sessions to define business challenges, design outcome-driven use cases, develop dashboards and automation workflows, integrate with customer systems via scripting and APIs, troubleshoot technical challenges, and maintain thorough documentation. Strong communication, collaboration, and trusted-advisor skills are required to ensure customer satisfaction and measurable business impact. German language proficiency is a noted advantage in a global, client-facing role located in London with a hybrid work model.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of consulting or advisory experience in a customer-facing services role in technology, B2B, SaaS, or similar
- Strong ability to gather and translate business issues into structured technical solutions
- Ability to drive consultative conversations defining business challenges and remediation possibilities
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize data to generate actionable insights
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients and applications
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies in an unsupervised environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
