Job Summary
Implement and deploy the FreeBalance Accountability Suite Software using ISO 9001:2000 certified methodology, configuring solutions and demonstrating mappings between processes and technology. Conduct business requirements reviews with clients, assemble government financial legislation, and develop acceptance test plans to validate system functionality. Deliver training courses including 'Train the Trainer' sessions, transfer project management knowledge, and manage day-to-day operations to meet schedules and deliverables. Provide input to product management on future requirements based on client feedback and report progress to the Project Manager. Requires fluency in English and 10 years of post-qualification experience in public financial administration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum University degree in Accounting or a related field such as Commerce, Business Administration, Financial Administration

- 10 years of post- qualification experience
- 5 years' experience in being directly deployed in the field of Financial Management
- 5 years' experience in being directly deployed in the field of Process Optimization
- Solid understanding of budgeting and accounting processes and procedures, particularly in the public sector
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and deploying software applications, gathering and documenting clients' requirements, particularly for the development and implementation of software applications
- Previous experience in software configuration of a financial system
- Demonstrated experience working with customers resulting in a positive and ongoing relationship
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical skills with multitasking ability
- The successful candidate MUST read, write, and speak English fluently
Desired Qualifications
- Financial designation (e.g., CMA, CGA)
- work experience with a large national accounting firm or ERP firm
- 5 years of experience in ERP software implementation
- Experience with ANSI SQL scripts and Jaspersoft iReports / Crystal Reports tools
