Professional Services Consultant

Conduct pre-sales presentations, organize webinars and trade show initiatives, and manage post-sales activities including customer onboarding and technical support. Develop a comprehensive understanding of client business needs to strategically pursue account growth by aligning Optitex products to customer goals. Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while communicating implementation progress to internal and external stakeholders. Actively track customer feedback, represent the customer voice in product design, and assist in preparing presentations, RFI's, and RFP's. Achieve first-rate customer satisfaction by helping clients utilize solutions to their full potential. This role requires remote work within Latin America with possible travel, with Portuguese and Spanish language skills required.
