Job Summary
CaptivateIQ seeks a Professional Services Architect with a strong background in accounting and sales performance management to lead complex project implementations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of total experience
- 4+ years in ICM/SPM (Incentive Compensation Management/Sales Performance Management)
- Background in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of ASC 340, ASC 606, or IFRS 15
- Proven customer-facing consulting/implementation experience
- Expert-level Excel modeling for large datasets
- Experience implementing SaaS cloud software
Desired Qualifications
- CPA license
- Experience with CaptivateIQ or other related SPM platforms (e.g., SAP Commissions, Xactly Incent, Varicent)
- Proficiency with CRM/ERP/subscription platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora)
- Familiarity with SQL/Python for data prep/analysis and structured problem-solving
- Background in financial operations/planning (FP&A), system implementation, solutions architecture/engineering, or technology consulting
