Job Summary
Monitor premises, enforce regulations, and maintain order at client sites by conducting patrols, managing access control, and holding security presence in front lobbies. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity while utilizing technology devices and completing assigned rounds. Resolve conflicts, de-escalate situations, and provide customer service to employees and guests. Create temporary badges, ensure post orders are followed, and respond to emergencies with rapid judgment. Work Mon-Sat from 6AM-4PM with a valid driver's license and high school diploma required.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Must have a strong professional appearance
- Valid drivers license
- Must be alert and observant
- Reliable means of transportation
