Job Summary
Responsible for achieving sales objectives by effectively implementing marketing strategies and sales plans in the assigned territory (Sacramento, CA). Provide current, accurate product information to physicians/customers to sell Supernus products, maintain compliance with company policies, develop and manage a physician universe and territory plan, participate in sales meetings and training, maintain up-to-date call records, distribute marketing materials and samples, submit reports on time, and develop relationships with high-volume physicians and key customers. Requires outside sales experience, B2B experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, strong organization and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% with a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university
- 2+ years of successful outside sales experience
- Previous Business-to-Business Sales experience
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Must possess excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Must be able to travel (up to 50%) and have a valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
