Job Summary
Guide high-end clients through a premium sales experience by curating luxury looks with world-class furniture and décor. Execute the La-Z-Boy selling process to drive store sales goals, including needs discovery, customized portfolio presentations, and closing. Schedule professional home consultations to present room designs and installation services, while maintaining strong product knowledge and executing the Design program. Provide top-tier customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring positive experiences through the Podium system. Manage store operations by maintaining showroom displays, collecting deposits, and scheduling deliveries. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to pass background and drug screen
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to work the schedule and hours dictated by business needs
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
