Job Summary
Execute full-cycle business development and recruiting for engineering and IT roles, including identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and distribution lists. Manage the entire direct hire process from research and requisition to offer negotiations and closing, while building a talent pipeline for external placements. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive revenue growth and ensure high satisfaction levels. Develop and implement daily marketing and recruiting strategies to meet performance plans, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Full-desk, direct hire recruiting experience
- Engineering (Construction – Civil, Structural, MEP, ICT and Trades) knowledge
- Proven ability to source and build a pipeline of talent
- Proven ability to sell, overcome objections, identify buying signals, close the deal
- Experience in negotiating placement fees
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience using Indeed, Leopards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zip, and other recruiting tools
- Can sit anywhere in the US- preferably eastern or central time zones
Desired Qualifications
- Sales experience (staffing highly preferred) including new account generation
- Experience with Bullhorn
